Wicker Park Proposal
A few months ago, Oliver asked me to be his photographer for his proposal to Sylvie. He wanted to keep it small, intimate, and meaningful. And what better way to do that than on your morning pup walk?
The day of the proposal was super hot and humid, but I never let funky weather stop me! But seriously, Chicago in August is no joke. To keep myself under wraps I sipped on an iced coffee and sat on nearby church steps and waited for Oliver to pop the question.
And of course, she said yes! Sylvie was super surprised and smiling the entire time–peep the photo where she finally notices me below.
After the proposal, we walked around admiring all of the beautiful homes in the neighborhood and it was fun meeting with Sylvie & Oliver's dog Sunny. I'm honored to have been part of this special moment between these two love birds.
