Dan and Mia's wedding was a dream come true for me. I mean, who doesn't love attending their friend's wedding and getting to capture it?
They had their ceremony at the Porter County Courthouse, which is right around the corner from where we all grew up! It was a small courthouse wedding with just family members in attendance but I still wanted it to feel very cozy and personal, and the photos definitely reflect that.
After that, we headed to Hruby Ranch for the reception. The venue was beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. The couple made sure to include lots of DIYs that felt very unique to them–I love seeing Pinterest boards come to life.
They also had a yurt from which guests could stay overnight after the wedding—an incredible idea that I loved!
